Not possible to come to armenia, but money not refund! Booking.com policies say, they have to return, if govorment says... no germanys until 13.6.,no flights. No comentars from apartament. People.. if you need big problems... book this apartament!

I stayed for 4 nights here while in Yerevan for the first time. I think I was really lucky to find a place as nice as this apartment in Pushkin Street. A friendly welcome, and the apartment was ready early for me. Great facilities in the apartment. Good kitchen. Living area was nice and the bed was certainly comfortable. AC and tv made it even more comfortable. The price was also very reasonable. I definitely recommend it.

We a group of 5 friends traveled to Armenia during EID holidays, unfortunately we booked this hotel, by looking the photos and believing the 9.1 rating & good reviews in booking.com site (don't know who gave this rating and reviews). The price was also little high. We didn't expected that we will be going to face the worst nightmares in life until we reached the place and just took a first look at the building, it was a scary building too old and reminded me of the building in horror movies. We booked 2 rooms for 5 persons but when we reached the place we came to know that both the room are at different locations and different apartments and at a great distance of 10-20 minutes walking distance from each other. Finally we decided to stay together in one apartment, but the worst part was about to come later. (1) As per the photos in the site it was 2 bedroom with attached bathrooms , but once we entered the room we found that no bedroom had attached bathroom, and in both the bathrooms the door cannot be locked from inside properly , one bathroom even didn't had any lock - imagine singing a song inside just to let to know others that somebody is using the bathroom. (2)The rooms were having a rotted, disintegrating smell, which shows that the room was cleaned years ago (3) Both the bedrooms didn't had AC and also there was no ventilation's in the rooms, we called this guy who introduced himself as Mr Eddard, his response was too shocky , he said as there is always cool climate in Armenia we didn't provide any AC outlets and ventilation's in bedroom. (4) Poorly maintained plumbing system was there in the building , because water was coming like a thread from the old pipes, and heater was also not working properly water was like too cold or too hot to boil us. (5) No water bottle was provided to us, any hotel would at-least provide 1 or 2 small bottles when we check in normally , but here it was the opposite. we had to buy water bottle at midnight 12.30 am from a super market at a walking distance of 20 mins from our apartment. (6) No house-keeping was done during our stay of 3 days, imagine coming for a vacation & searching for the waste bin and then carry the waste bags ourselves . The only positive thing for the hotel is that they gave us a good guide for travelling, Mr. Gurgan , he pick us from the airport and guided us perfectly throughout our stay. So dear friends on basis of our experience , please never get cheated by such fraud hotel apartments

RIS offers several apartments in Yerevan. We had one in Tumanyan Street and one in Pushkin Street. Both apartments were really cozy and comfortable (double bed, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, bathroom with hot shower, TV, sitting and relaxing area, washing machine etc). Nearby you find everything you need - good restaurants, bars, supermarket, ATM, sights. Check in/check out (personally) and communication (WhatsApp) was friendly and professional. RIS also offers tours and rental cars. We can highly recommend.

Отличная квартира на Туманяна, в самом центре. Все рядом, квартира очень уютная, есть все, что можно только пожелать! Сотрудники очень внимательные и дружелюбные, встретили как старых друзей, на протяжении всей поездки, помогали советом и делом! Спасибо! Будем рекомендовать вас всем друзьям!
